Thank you for your response. Again, I made sure to highlight the intentional miseducation and misshaping of Black history around the globe. My father, while ignorant of Black American experiences, did not deserve to be profiled. I'm saddened that it appears many are missing the point of the piece, which is not to wish abuse on non-American Black people, but to recognize that we are all programmed in some way by white supremacy , which seeks to divide us all.
